Bio - Blessed Assured

Blessed Assured
My Philosophy in life:

GOD First

I became a Christian at a young age. I am a non-denomination and attend a Bible believing church. I believe in John 3:16. I have a strong personal relationship with God and I pray a lot and talk to God about everything and anything in my life. I could say that I have Faith size of a mustard seed. Life on earth is not perfect, but thank be to God for His Grace.

Why Blessed Assured? Because I am truly Blessed and Highly Favored!!! Amen and Amen!!!

I am married to PB Lewis aka Suga’ Bear since 1987, but been together since 1983. He is my Bestfriend!!!

I have 2 step-daughters whom I’ve raised with Suga’ Bear and 2 sons. So together, we have 4 adult children, 4 grandchildren and a son-in law. Ronetta (Netta) from Novato has 3 children, Jovontae, Destiny and Raven. Nicole (Coco) and her husband, Chris from San Diego just had their first son, Elijah. Phillippe Jr. (PBJ) is in college and working and Isaiah (Iceman) is also in college and working. We are a very close knit family. I just love and adore my family. They inspire me and keep me motivated. You can say that I’m crazy about them!!!

Suga’ Bear was a Head Coach for Pop Warner Youth football and PAL Baseball for several years and yes, I was the Team Business Manager/Team Mom. It was a lot of work and commitment. Things we do for our kids. I didn’t get involve when Suga’ Bear coached High School Football and Baseball, because I had to watch my sons play!!!

I worked at the United States Postal Service for 19 years, left the USPS to concentrate on our business, Residential Care Facility for Elderly, Mentally Ill, which we closed down in 2005, because it was taking a lot of my time away from my children.

I am currently a Real Estate Agent, Insurance Agent and a Notary Public.

When the Real Estate market crashed, God blessed me with the employment with the City and County of San Francisco.

And then the REST

I love constantly learning new things via reading, school, seminars, CD/DVD and using them in my daily spiritual, personal and professional life.

I’ve been riding with Suga’ Bear since the 80’s. He had a Kawasaki Ninja ZX11, which I didn’t really care for. I like the Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic better. You could say it’s more comfortable.

Being said all that, I am very happy and proud to be part of the Buffalo Soldiers family!!! Ruth
